Fancy dress on Friday 15th November 2019 was a great opportunity for our children to dress as one of their favourite hero or book character, have fun with their friends and teachers, but also help a noble cause. Our children have made a collection and contributed with money in order to support the children in need as part of our newly created collaboration with Asociatia C.O.P.I.I.
Parents – school partnership is fundamentally important at BIST in order to ensure the best possible experience for the children in the school. From this perspective the Year 9 parents (and their children) were given important information about the Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 examination programme in an attempt to support them with important decisions children will have to make in February 2020 when they will choose their subjects for the GCSE programme in Year 10 and 11.
This was a wonderful opportunity for us to celebrate our school values through a various of indoor activities and outdoor games. It was a fun day with a lot of collaborative work, team spirit, competition and keen and happy children taking part and getting involved.
The wonderful journey begins with the opening of British International School of Timisoara on a bright sunny Tuesday with a full complement of eager and enthusiastic students and teachers.
