Bianca
SĂBĂILĂ
Bianca serves as our Student Supervisor, Supply Teacher and Health & Safety Monitor, playing a key role in the daily life of our Secondary School. One of our most trusted members of staff, Bianca has been part of the BIST community for several years. She initially joined the school as a Teaching Assistant before moving to the School Office. Following a short period working in a local kindergarten, she returned to BIST in her current role, where her professionalism and versatility have made her an invaluable member of the team.
Her responsibilities include supervising students during examinations, supporting positive behaviour, accompanying educational visits, covering lessons in the absence of teachers, overseeing health and safety procedures, and coordinating our highly successful Work Experience Programme.
Having lived in the United Kingdom for many years, Bianca previously worked in the hospitality industry, where she developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Based primarily in the Secondary School, she is known for her calm approach, reliability and genuine commitment to supporting both students and colleagues. We are delighted to have Bianca as part of our team.
