Ciprian joined the founding Senior Leadership Team as School Director during the formative stages of the project and has been a driving force behind the successful preparation for the school’s opening. His dedication, strategic vision, and exceptional leadership have been instrumental in laying the foundations of our institution.
A native of Timișoara, Ciprian began his career in education as a qualified Mathematics teacher at a leading high school in Bucharest before embarking on an international journey in 2002. Over the years, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in both teaching and leadership roles within the international British education sector. His professional journey has taken him from respected international schools in Bucharest to prestigious independent schools in London, United Kingdom, where he further developed his expertise in curriculum design, pedagogical innovation, school leadership, and academic excellence.
In addition to his extensive practical experience, Ciprian has pursued advanced academic and professional development. He earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Management, further deepening his understanding of effective school leadership and organisational dynamics. He also achieved the prestigious status of British Schools Overseas Inspector, working with two highly regarded UK-based organisations, further strengthening his expertise in international education standards, school evaluation, and best practice.
Ciprian has been, and continues to be, a cornerstone of the school’s journey. Having played a pivotal role in transforming the original vision into a thriving educational institution, he remains the driving force behind its continued development. His leadership continues to shape the school’s strategic direction, strengthen its academic provision, and foster a culture of ambition, innovation, and continuous improvement. As the school continues to grow and evolve, Ciprian remains firmly committed to taking it forward and ensuring that it consistently aspires to the highest standards of international education.
