Andreea has been part of the British International School of Timisoara since the very beginning and remains one of the quiet pillars of daily school life. As our School Nurse, she is a constant source of support, reassurance, and calm for students, staff, and parents alike.

Approachable, caring, and unfailingly professional, Andreea is always there whenever support is needed, often long before anyone else even realises there is a situation developing. Her role involves far more than simply dealing with the occasional scraped knee or headache. On any given day, she may be caring for unwell students, supporting anxious children, coordinating medical information, reassuring parents, managing administrative responsibilities, and quite regularly saving situations that appear to have become far more dramatic than they truly are.

Known throughout the school for her calm presence and ever present smile, Andreea has the remarkable ability to make students feel instantly safe and reassured. Whether comforting a nervous child, supporting a colleague, or calmly handling a busy medical situation, she approaches every task with patience, kindness, and genuine dedication.

One of the great mysteries of the school is the fact that despite spending every day surrounded by hundreds of children, Andreea herself never seems to get sick. Many suspect this is less a medical phenomenon and more a professional superpower acquired through years of working in schools.
