Madalina is a valued member of our highly successful Finance Department, working alongside Alina Barna to keep the school’s financial affairs firmly on course.

Calm, calculated and meticulous in her approach, Madalina keeps a watchful eye on every expenditure while supporting the many financial aspects of school life. Whether helping teachers turn their requests for academic resources into actual purchases or dealing proficiently with parents on financial matters, she works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Behind the numbers and spreadsheets, Madalina has a confident sense of humour and has built an excellent relationship with colleagues across the school. Approachable, dependable and always ready to help, she combines financial precision with a genuinely human touch.

Much of Madalina’s work may happen quietly in the background, but its impact is felt throughout the school, and we are very happy indeed to have her as part of our team.
