Angelo joined the British International School of Timisoara several years ago as Personal Assistant to the School Director and Deputy School Director, whilst also taking on the demanding role of Events Coordinator. Since then, he has become one of the most dependable and appreciated members of our wider administrative team.

A graduate of the West University of Timisoara, Angelo holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in the field of Economic Sciences.
Alongside his academic background, he is also a former athlete and a fully qualified referee, qualities which perhaps explain his calm demeanour, excellent organisational skills, and remarkable ability to remain composed even during the busiest school events.

Within the school community, Angelo is widely known for his kindness, reliability, and willingness to help absolutely anyone in need of support. In his role, he works closely with Ciprian and Bogdan on a wide variety of operational and administrative matters, whilst simultaneously supporting the wider community of teachers, students, and support staff with countless day to day tasks. From organising events and coordinating logistics to assisting with student transportation and solving the occasional last minute crisis,

Angelo approaches every responsibility with professionalism and good humour.

He often says that one of the aspects he enjoys most about his role is the opportunity to work within such a vibrant school environment and to interact with people from all walks of life on a daily basis, something which undoubtedly suits his naturally sociable character.

Outside school, Angelo is a keen admirer of British motoring and proudly drives a distinguished British car every day. Rumour also has it that a hotel in Timisoara may or may not have been named after him.
