Rachel
SLATER
Rachel joined the British International School of Timisoara from Israel, where she served as a Head of School for several years, bringing with her extensive experience in educational leadership, school improvement and staff development.
As Head of HR, Quality Assurance and Professional Development, Rachel supports the school in maintaining high professional standards across all areas of its work. Her responsibilities include staff development and appraisal, recruitment, quality assurance, lesson observations and feedback, and supporting colleagues in their continued professional growth.
Rachel is delighted to have joined the BIST community and looks forward to working alongside colleagues to further strengthen the quality of teaching, learning and professional practice across the school.
